We want you and your dog to be completely satisfied with your gear. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it in its original, unworn condition within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process and secure it to your package.

  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
